• This server operates in compliance with Bohemia Interactive’s DayZ Monetization Policy.

• We are approved or pending approval through the official Bohemia Monetization Application process.

• All monetization activity follows the Bohemia Interactive Terms of Use and the DayZ Server Monetization Guidelines found at:

• Charging players to access your server, if the fees and associated perks do not affect gameplay in any way, is allowed. Limiting access to only paying players is allowed. Servers with access limited to paying players must be on a different hive, or have rules and settings identical to the freely accessible servers.
• Product placement, in-game advertising and sponsorship is allowed. Accepting donations is allowed, but to avoid any doubts: not providing donations must not prevent anyone from accessing the content.
• Selling of in-game items, that don’t affect gameplay, and selling of cosmetic perks are allowed. (Applicable only to servers with mods, after modding support has been added to Dayz)
• Please remember, that these rules do not apply to public hive Dayz servers or the Dayz mod!

Bohemia Interactive permits the following monetized activities if approved:

• Charging for server access, such as whitelisted or private servers.

• Accepting donations (voluntary support).

• Selling cosmetic items, skins, or custom clothing that do not affect gameplay balance.

• Offering priority queue slots for supporters (does not affect gameplay).

All transactions must remain cosmetic or administrative only — no pay-to-win mechanics.

• Players may donate voluntarily to support server maintenance and development.

• Donations do not guarantee any in-game rewards, advantages, or priority access.

• Donations are non-refundable once processed.

• You may not sell or monetize:

  • Weapons, ammunition, or medical items.

  • Base building materials or raid tools.

  • Vehicles or vehicle parts.

  • Player stats, gear, or spawn loadouts with advantages.

  • Trader currency, items, or loot.

  • Access to in-game advantages or exclusive areas.

  • Killstreaks, teleportation, or god-mode type features.

  Any monetization that alters gameplay or gives unfair advantages is strictly forbidden.

• Transparency & Records

  • All monetized features must be publicly disclosed on our Discord or website.

  • Donation or purchase logs are kept for review if requested by Bohemia Interactive.

  • We will cooperate with any audit from Bohemia Interactive staff.

  • Violating these rules may result in server blacklisting or revocation of monetization approval by Bohemia Interactive.

  • We reserve the right to remove monetized benefits at any time if they breach policy.

  • Players are encouraged to report concerns directly to Bohemia Interactive or server admins.

• Refunds are non refundable. No in game benefits will be given. No one person will have a any benefit over the other. Please not if need go to the link provided by bohemia.

• All Reskins will be available to all player through shops, ground loot, or keycard rooms. No "one" player will have an in game advantage that others cannot have too. 

• All Donations are to help maintain the server and player experience. No Refunds will be issued.  

None of these items will give anyone an advantage over anyone in game. Those are the rules. I do not care what you bought how much you donated. All donations are final and not subject to a refund.
